Respect and empathy are core ML/AI values. All Day AI is dedicated to providing an environment where everyone in the our community can learn and share in a respectful, safe, considerate, and collaborative environment.
For All Day AI, we expect our organizing team, speakers, and community before, during, and after the conferences to follow a our code of conduct.
All Day AI is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for every participant, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or any other personal characteristics. We do not tolerate harassment of anyone in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any situation, content, or experience at All Day AI, including Slack, GitHub, and email. Participants violating these rules will be expelled from the organization at the discretion of the core organizers, including the immediate deactivation of their Slack account.
Harassment includes offensive verbal or written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
All Day AI also promises no vendor pitches by speaker or attendees. This is a promise we have made since day one at the conference. If you hear a speaker to see any participant touting the products or services of their business in an inappropriate way, please inform Colin Wynd via the conference Slack channel immediately. Please identify the offending participant by their Slack handle, so that we can immediately address the situation and delete offending content and conversations.
With a community as large as All Day AI, we pride ourselves on taking swift action with those violating the code of conduct. Rather than spend undue time during the conference to encourage those violating the code of conduct to improve their behavior, we simply deactivate their Slack account; deactivation is based on the sole discretion of the organizing team and our community of folks monitoring conversations. We will also do our very best to delete offending messages from those participants from the Slack workspace.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, notice that someone is vendor pitching products or services, or have any other concerns, please contact our organizers immediately.
